This section is for the weekly weigh in with the consultant. Putting my weight here is a big thing for me, because I have thought if I do not mention it, it would be smaller.

I did some changes, trying to remember to measure myself every week, especially now when I have started to do more exercise. Here are all the numbers from beginning.

I stare at these numbers quite much, so that if I do not lose kilos, I will lose centimeters, especially with all the training I'm doing.

I made two different tables, one is just for weight and measurements and the other one is for weight, BMI and two different approximate numbers; fat percentage and body fat in kilos.
